Andreas is also an avid chef and lover of gastronomy and likes to share his ideas about food, wine and how to combine the two. He humbly says, “food and wine are far from an exact science, it´s rather about inspiration and ideas. I never follow an exact recipe. I prefer to improvise and most importantly, having the dish match the wine.”
